About Conaxon

Conaxon was created with the sole purpose of establishing full-stack machine learning, artificial intelligence, analytics, decision-science to companies of all shapes and sizes. The name “Conaxon” is a combination of two words. “Con” represents the “connection” between things or the inter-relatedness of technology, people, environment, and concepts. “Axon” represents the part of the neuron that helps transmit signals from one neuron to the other. Conaxon means “Connections between the Axons”. We see the world as interconnected entities that rely on delicate transfers of information—no matter what format that information comes in. The mission is to help design highly-integrated solutions that bring together people, processes, and technologies. AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, and Business Intelligence are pieces of a larger puzzle.

We want to make technologies attainable by the average business leader without having to solely rely on ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions from other suppliers (IBM Watson, Azure, AWS, etc). Tailored does not always have to mean expensive—especially when, longer term, less will come out of your pocket for other things.

Marketing departments have sensationalized “AI’, “Machine Learning”, “Analytics”, “Dashboarding” and ‘Data” to the point where the people who most benefit are turned off quickly. The same professionals that created the hype around data have also made the topic so complicated and nebulous that many customers shy away from the technology because they think: “I don’t have any data”,…“I do not have the money to invest in technology”,…“There is no return on investment”,…“I do not have any time”,…“Unless it can make me money now, it can wait”.

In reality, there is smaller-scale approaches that can be effective, save time, make money, improve scalability and remain cost effective in the long run.
